Advertising on RADIO.REXX is sold based on the number of listener
impressions in a calendar week.
Spots continue to run during the week until it has been heard by the target number of Listeners.
Our Advertising Play week begins on Monday at Midnight PDT. (GMT -8)
On Request, RADIO.Rexx will provide a "Proof of Service" detail sheet listing the airplay times that occured
and number of listeners that heard the ad during each airplay. These are available on the Tuesday following
the completion of an Adversising Play Week.
Audio Production is NOT included in our rates. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to provide
audio files in digital MP3 format. We recomend 128 kb/s at 44.1 kHz as
the recording format.
Radio.Rexx reserves the right to reject any
Advertisement which does not meet our quality standards. A time Variance of 15% is permitted for all
spots. (Meaning that if you purchase a 30 second spot your audio file dosent have to be exactly
30 seconds, it can be up to 35 seconds.)
All Advertisements must be in clearly spoken English.
Although Radio Rexx is heard in many Countries and some of our DJ's
do occasionaly
play songs in other languages, the station is English Language.
Scheduling of advertising spots on Radio Rexx uses what radio stations
call ROS, or "Run of Schedule."
Instead of a specific schedule, Radio Rexx uses a pool based rotation
which evenly distributes all advertisements across our entire
programming day, and across the entire advertising week.
A catagory rule is used to prevent commercials of the same type
playing in the same commercial break.
Although the use of "Dayparts" is somewhat standard to radio
advertising, Radio Rexx does not use them due to the Global
nature of Internet Radio.
(It is *ALWAYS* "Morning Drive Time" somewhere in the world.)
Airplay of a spot can be requested for a specific DJ show,
but can not be scheduled for an EXACT time.
(Radio Rexx uses the "Freeform Radio Format" which
can cause sudden changes in timing of a show as the on-air DJ
adds or removes songs from airplay.)
All "Top of the Hour" Commercial breaks are currently dedicated to the
USA Radio Network and are not available for local rotation. To purchase
one of these spots please contact the USA Radio Network Sales Department.
Although Most of our Listeners are in the United States,
Radio Rexx can be heard World-Wide by anyone with an internet
connection. The following Pie Chart shows the current distribution

The Largest Age/Gender group that listens to Radio Rexx are Men
between 55 and 64 Years Old. The Following chart shows the distribution
of age groups and genders of our listeners as taken by a bid4spots

15 Second: $6.00 (USD) per 1000 Impressions
30 Second: $10.00 (USD) per 1000 Impressions
60 Second: $18.00 (USD) per 1000 Impressions

national or world impact. (Because of the world-wide nature of Internet Radio, we can not sponsor
